The Role
• Build, train, and fine-tune custom ML/AI models including speech-to-text and NLP solutions
• Design and maintain infrastructure for in-house model development and deployment
• Implement LangChain workflows with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Deploy self-hosted solutions using Ollama for model serving and orchestration
• Optimise models for performance, efficiency, and cost in production environments
• Collaborate with development team on seamless AI integration across product lines
Your Fit
• 1+ years hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with real-world applications
• Strong machine learning and deep learning background using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
• Practical experience with LangChain, vector databases, and Ollama implementations
• Solid Python programming skills with focus on production-ready code
• Experience with containerised deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of self-hosted AI infrastructure and model serving architectures
